Reminder: David Anthony Presents at TBA Creditors Practice Forum Tomorrow

By Exo Legal,

Tomorrow, October 21, 2026, Exo Legal’s David Anthony will open the Tennessee Bar Association’s 2026 Creditors Practice Forum, as we announced earlier this year. The forum is an annual program for lawyers who handle creditor and collection matters, and this year it will be held in person at the TBA’s new office at 3010 Poston Avenue in Nashville.

David’s session, Foreclosure Law Update: 7 Common Mistakes to Avoid After the 2025 Statute Changes, runs from 10 to 11 a.m. CDT. It covers seven easily avoidable mistakes practitioners have been making since Tennessee’s foreclosure statutes changed in July 2025, plus a broader look at the current Tennessee foreclosure landscape for attorneys at every experience level.

Program at a glance:

  • 9 – 10 a.m. — Registration and breakfast
  • 10 – 11 a.m. — Foreclosure Law Update — David Anthony, Exo Legal
  • 11:15 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. — Administrative Hurdles & Alternative Remedies in General Sessions Court — Joel Vallejo, Buffaloe & Vallejo
