David Anthony is a Tennessee Rule 31 Listed General Civil Mediator, with experience drawn from nearly 25 years of complex commercial litigation work in Tennessee’s state and federal courts. David is well regarded for his knowledge of the law, but, in his mediation practice, litigants most appreciate his straightforward and commonsense approach to resolving disputes, as well as his patience and sense of humor.

Rates & Fees

2 Party Case

$200 per party, per hour

3 Party Case

$175 per party, per hour

4+ Party Case

$150 per party, per hour

5+ Party Case: Flat rate available upon request

Our Mediation Policies

 

  • Administrative Fee: $200 per party.
  • Travel time and expenses, including meals and lodging, are billed separately and split equally among the parties.
  • Pre/Post Consultation and Document Review: Hourly mediation rate
  • Mediations cancelled within 10 days of the mediation will be charged a cancellation fee of $500.
  • Mediations cancelled, rescheduled or settled within 24 hours of the mediation will be charged 4 hours of the Neutral’s hourly rate.
  • Cancelation fees shall be sent to the cancelling party unless
    otherwise agreed to by the parties.
