We keep coming back to Samaria Leach, and for good reason.

Longtime followers of our Lawyers Give Back series remember how this all started: during the pandemic, Samaria got some well-deserved press for her “Window of Love“—literally the window at her house, opened, through which she handed out lunches and books to neighborhood kids who were home, hungry, and in need of her warmth during a hard time.

Years later, the need looks a little different, but Samaria’s approach hasn’t changed a bit. The Window of Love keeps meeting families exactly where they are, turning whatever support comes its way into meals, school supplies, and the kind of steady presence a neighborhood can count on. That reliability—and the fact that every dollar goes straight back into the community—is exactly why we keep choosing them.

This July, we’re proud to make the Window of Love our Lawyers Give Back recipient for the fourth time. For anyone new to the program: each month, Exo Legal donates the equivalent of one billable hour to a different local charity making a real difference in Middle Tennessee.

Four times now, Samaria and her team have been on the receiving end of that gift—a reflection of just how much this hyperlocal organization accomplishes with the resources it’s given, and how directly those resources reach the families who need them.
