In the hierarchy of terrible things that can happen in life, childhood cancer is pretty far up the list. But the outlook for kids diagnosed with cancer has changed remarkably over the past few decades and much of that has to do with the life-saving work happening at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

St. Jude is well known to people far and wide, despite it being located in Memphis, Tennessee, and that’s a testament to its reach in helping kids all over the world survive childhood cancers and other life-threatening diseases. And they do it all with a joyful heart and without regard for the family’s ability to pay. For these reasons and more, supporting St. Jude this month in our Lawyers Give Back program was a no-brainer.
