The Mid-South Commercial Law Institute has announced the re-appointment of David Anthony for the year 2024-2025 as a member of its Board of Directors.

For more than 30 years, the non-profit Institute conducts an advanced two-day continuing legal education (CLE) seminar in Nashville, Tennessee, featuring nationally known judges, scholars, and lawyers as speakers on commercial and bankruptcy law. David is one of 25 board members who plan, oversee, and manage the annual Mid-South Commercial Law Seminar, which will be held on December 5, 2024 and December 6, 2024, at the Franklin Cool Springs Hilton.

In addition to serving as Chair of the Fundraising Committee, David is a member of the Program Committee, which identifies the topics for the program and potential speakers.
