The Mid-South Commercial Law Institute has announced the re-appointment of David Anthony for the year 2023-2024 as a member of its Board of Directors.

For more than 30 years, the Mid-South Commercial Law Institute has conducted annual continuing legal education seminars on commercial and bankruptcy law in Nashville, Tennessee. David is one of 25 board members who plan, oversee, and manage the annual Mid-South Commercial Law Seminar, which will be held on November 30 and December 1, 2023.

In addition to serving as co-chair of the Fundraising Committee, David is a member of the Program Committee, which identifies the topics for the program and potential speakers.

For 2023, David recruited well-known industry experts on two programs that will be presented for the first time at the Seminar: “Cryptocurrency Issues in Bankruptcy” and “Lawyer Wellness – Thriving as a Lawyer.”
