One of Nashville’s highest profile commercial real estate deals has become embroiled in litigation, and the Nashville Business Journal reached out to Anthony Legal’s David Anthony to help sort out the details.

In discussing this complex, multi-lawsuit dispute that is currently pending in the Davidson County Chancery Courts, Anthony was quoted that “a seller with two buyers–each of whom have enforceable contracts and each of whom have obtained a lien lis pendens on the property in question–may find itself in a perfect trap.”
