After their recent well-received presentation to the Tennessee Bar Association, the Knoxville Bar Association has invited David and Amy Heaslet, Executive Vice President/General Counsel for the Tennessee Bankers Association, to teach a course on the  changes to Tennessee’s foreclosure laws, including reducing the number of required newspaper notices of foreclosure sales and posting all sales and continuances online, that took effect July 1.

The course, titled Modernization of Tennessee’s Foreclosure Law, will take place on Tuesday, August 12, 2025 from 11am to 12 (CST) via Zoom. The program has been approved for 1 hour of general CLE credit.
